High-throughput screening technologies have been adopted to aid in the
rapid discovery of novel drug targets. Our work begins with structural analysis of the target
protein using NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction for drug discovery/development to enhance
the efficacy, specificity, and selectivity.
We employ modern computational tools to integrate molecular mechanism for
a disease with the fundamentals of how novel compounds interact with specific disease targets.
Our quest for drug discovery signifies the fascinating and beneficial pursuits in treating diseases
such as cancers, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders.
